Our backyard pavers had become uneven and wobbly. Land Development Construction quoted a fair price to take them up and reset them properly.

Once the pavers were off, they found a lot of tree roots underneath — some up to 5 inches thick — that nobody expected. They still got a small machine through our very narrow side walkway, removed the roots, and then went further than planned: they installed a 2-foot-deep concrete barrier around the trees so this would not happen again. After that they put everything back, and it looks as good as new.

Even with all that unexpected work, they kept the price we originally agreed on.

Ross, the owner, stayed on top of the job the whole time. He either came by or called every day to check progress.

We worked with Land Development Construction on a full outdoor renovation, including demolition of an existing concrete backyard, installation of large-format paving stones, artificial turf in the front yard, and a custom stone retaining/planter wall. Fantastic job LDC! Having a construction background, my grandmother reached out to me for advice. She needed some improvement for her patio and walkways around her pool. Problem was, I’m in Florida and she is in San Diego. She sent me pictures and I made several phone calls to different contractors. I spoke with Ross from Land development construction and right away knew his company was perfect for this Job. The whole project was a breeze. Ross was up front, explained everything in detail to me and my Grandmother and went to work. He would keep me updated consistently, and even video chatted to show progress through out different phases. The outcome was fantastic and exactly how I envisioned it. Land Development construction did a fantastic job of having handrails constructed on our backyard stairways. The handrails were hand constructed and powder coated and the results were beautiful. I highly recommend this company.
